Starbucks Coffee Company

It takes a lot for me to be upset enough to write a negative review but as a loyal Starbucks customer who waited for more than 25 minutes for two simple iced Americano’s my disappointment and patience was tested today. 7 people working behind the counter, not a single person in line, all the customers just waiting while only 2 people behind the counter were making drinks and looking like it was there first day on the job. Utter chaos, customers were dumbfounded, until i finally got upset and said something. Excuse was that the stickers weren’t printing and i should have told them sooner that i didn’t get my drink. Really??? The manager asked that i be more patient and not rude. Maybe if you did your job and didn’t make the customer wait 25 minutes for an iced coffee nobody would be losing their patience or being rude.

Was there Monday morning around 10 am , June 8. Want to compliment the entire team working there. I had an order for 10 drinks and food and they nailed it ! Even though it was a busy morning they juggled drive thru orders, pick up , and in store without missing a beat. I felt bad bringing a large order in but they smiled and said no worries and then worked together as a team to get the drinks and food out quickly . I do a lot of large orders and some locations get mad and slow but not here . This crew was amazing and were even smiling and friendly as they put all the orders together . This is a model for amazing customer service !!! Well done and thank you again !!!

I usually buy my drinks here and most of the times everything is okay. I understand that they're constantly busy but that's not reason to give me a bad drink. That happened with my last 2 orders and I'm really disappointed. Please, be a little more careful with how you prepare the drinks. I don't like to complain for things like this but happening twice, I need to let you know.

This is an amazing Starbucks. Cat the manager I believe is very impressive. She commands the whole room and makes everyone feel special. If something is taking more than a couple minutes she is checking on the guest and constantly thanking everyone. She sees regulars and immediately addresses the guest by name and reassures them that she is on their drink. Meanwhile in the drive through the gentleman greets every guest with such cheer. I should point out that this was not the slow time it was extremely busy. I can’t stress how well this Starbucks is ran. I swear the Communication amongst the staff was amazing. I have a hard name to remember and Cat always addressed me by my name several times. Just amazing.

I just stopped by this busy little coffee shop in Gurnee and I have to tell you there’s some growth potential here. I’ve never heard of this place but they offer a streamlined product with nice interiors and quality staff watch out for this company. They could really make some moves with the right leadership.
